Это семейство коммутаторов для построения сетевой архитектуры центра обработки данных. На базе коммутаторов реализуется новая концепция построения ЦОД – Virtual Cluster Switching (VCS), предназначенная для создания единой сетевой инфраструктуры для ЦОД и позволяющая упростить обслуживание виртуальной инфраструктуры, повысить ее автоматизацию, а также обеспечить максимальный уровень масштабируемости.
